Details of the Job/Internship
Ridhira Group is hiring a Property Legal Specialist with over 10 years of experience to join their office in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- • Conduct property due diligence, title verification, and legal clearances for acquisitions and development projects.
- • Draft and review legal documents such as sale deeds, lease agreements, JDAs, and MoUs.
- • Manage land conversion, zoning, and government approvals.
- • Ensure compliance with RERA and municipal regulations.
- • Maintain updated property documentation and legal records.
- • Represent the company in legal proceedings and property disputes.
- • Coordinate with external legal counsel for litigation.
- • Advise on legal risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
- • Monitor changes in property-related laws and advise stakeholders.
- • Support negotiations with landowners, partners, and authorities.
Eligibility
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a reputed institution.
- • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate/property law.
- • Proven expertise in land acquisition, title verification, and legal due diligence.
- • Knowledge of RERA, land revenue laws, and municipal regulations.
- • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
