Vis Legis Law Practice, Advocates is hiring a Proposal Strategy Specialist with experience of 2–4 years to join their office in Mumbai (Work From Home)
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end proposal-to-engagement process for various practice areas.
- Draft comprehensive legal proposals, scope notes, and fee structures.
- Customize and tailor proposals based on specific client needs and industry sectors.
- Coordinate effectively with partners and internal teams to gather necessary case details.
- Track the status of all proposals from the initial draft stage through to final closure.
- Utilize AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of the drafting process.
- Ensure all commercial drafting is precise, competitive, and professionally presented.
Eligibility
- Law or Commerce Graduate from a recognized university.
- 2–4 years of experience in proposals, bid management, or a similar role.
- Strong professional writing and commercial drafting skills.
- Prior experience in legal, consulting, or advisory setups is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational efficiency.
- Proficiency in using modern digital productivity and AI tools.
