Details of the Job/Internship

Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. is hiring a Proposal Writer with experience of 4–5 years to join their team in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and review proposal content, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to convert technical and legal inputs into clear, client-focused narratives.
• Analyse RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents to identify legal and compliance requirements.
• Maintain and update proposal templates, resumes, project descriptions, and case studies.
• Support document formatting and layout in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Participate in review meetings and quality checks for legal accuracy and compliance.
• Proofread documents to ensure grammatical correctness, consistency, and legal compliance.
• Assist with document version control, submission coordination, and deadline management.
• Conduct research on legal precedents, industry standards, and relevant case references.
• Support the development of best practices for proposal writing and stay updated on regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law is mandatory.
• 4–5 years of writing experience through internships, freelance work, academic assignments, or publications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow templates and guidelines.
