Details of the Job/Internship

Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. is hiring a Proposal Writer with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and review proposals and supporting documents for legal, compliance, and contract-related projects.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical and legal information into clear and compelling content.
• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and tenders to identify compliance requirements.
• Maintain a repository of standard templates, resumes, project descriptions, and case studies.
• Format and prepare documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint according to client guidelines.
• Participate in review meetings, revisions, and quality checks for accuracy and compliance.
• Proofread documents for grammar, consistency, and legal accuracy.
• Manage document version control and ensure timely submission of proposals.
• Research legal precedents and industry standards to support proposal content.
• Contribute to best practices and stay updated on industry and regulatory developments.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a Tier 1 university.
• 1–3 years of writing experience through internships, freelance work, or academic projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow templates and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
