Details of the Job/Internship

G D Bansal & Associates is hiring Principal Associates with experience of 1+ years to join their office in Jaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Candidate should have hands-on experience in Trademark prosecution.
• Conducting trademark searches.
• Reply to Examination Reports issues by Registry.
• Attending Show Cause Hearings.
• Drafting letters/ Legal notices.
• Drafting Notice of Opposition, Rectification, Counter-Statement, Evidence etc.,
• Any other legal work assigned by the seniors.

Eligibility

• Should have sound knowledge of various laws related to Intellectual Property Rights and procedural laws, and interpretation skills and keep himself abreast of the latest updates.
• Should have a degree in law from a leading university recognized by the BCI.
• Must have a PQE of 1+ years.
• Only candidates having prior experience in the field of IPR shall be preferred.
• Ability to understand the law in contexts and propose iterative solutions;
• Initiative and independent working, ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision;
• Good communication skills and fluency in English(written and spoken);
• The area of practice will be limited to chamber practice only.

Salary/Stipend
