Details of the Job/Internship
Contract Bazaar is hiring a Quality Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed quality checks on contracts, shareholder agreements, and corporate legal documents.
- Ensure legal documents are accurate, compliant, and aligned with client requirements.
- Draft and review contracts with focus on enforceability, risk mitigation, and commercial clarity.
- Apply practical knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), including trademarks and copyrights.
- Develop and maintain checklists, SOPs, and quality frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior team members on quality control and process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to training and knowledge-building within the legal team.
Eligibility
- 4–6 years of experience in contract drafting, review, and legal advisory.
- Strong exposure to Shareholder Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, and IPR matters.
- Sharp attention to detail with ability to identify errors and legal risks.
- Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
