Details of the Job/Internship

Contract Bazaar is hiring for the position of Quality Lead - Legal with 8+ years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality assurance of all legal documents, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide legal consultation and subject matter expertise on a variety of legal matters.
• Lead and manage the in-house legal team, ensuring high performance and consistent delivery standards.
• Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders regarding legal processes and documentation.
• Develop and maintain legal SOPs and best practices to ensure service consistency and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise on legal implications for business operations.

Eligibility

• Master’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a legal technology or digital legal services environment.
• Proven expertise in legal consulting, document drafting, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements.
• Deep understanding of legal frameworks, industry regulations, and quality assurance standards.
