Details of the Job/Internship

Mahindra Rural Housing Finance Limited is hiring an Area Legal Manager (Prime Home Loan) with 8–10 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal business support to sales and credit teams for business transactions.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal risks across branches and operational units.
• Conduct property title review, legal verification, and manage stakeholders.

Eligibility

• LLB qualification.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a business legal role within HFC sector or NBFC.
• Strong experience in handling prime loan transactions including due diligence, property verification for high-value cases, drafting and vetting of loan, mortgage, escrow, and security documents.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (stamp duty, registration, RERA, SARFAESI, etc.).
