Mehta Real Estate is looking for a candidate for the position of Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join their office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Administrative Assistant will handle tasks such as supporting real estate transactions, managing office duties, assisting with customer service, coordinating appointments, maintaining records, and performing a variety of administrative duties to support the real estate team.
- This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Eligibility
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks.
- Knowledge of Real Estate practices and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
