Dhaval Vussonji & Associates is hiring a Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate with 3–4 years of experience in real estate law to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct title due diligence and land acquisition.
• Draft and review real estate transaction documents.
• Handle project documentation and advisory.
• Interact with clients and manage assignments independently.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• 3–4 years of experience in real estate transactions and advisory.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client interactions independently.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
