Details of the Job/Internship

Kayara Legal is hiring a Real Estate Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct title due diligence and draft JDAs, lease deeds, and sale/conveyance documents.
• Provide legal advisory services on real estate transactions.
• Manage end-to-end execution of assignments.
• Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, growing team environment.

Eligibility

• LLB or higher qualification.
• 3–4 years of practical experience in real estate law.
• Strong attention to detail, independence, and reliability.

Salary/Stipend
