Details of the Job/Internship

AQUILAW is hiring a Real Estate Associate with 4–7 years of experience to join its office in Bhubaneswar.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct title diligence work, draft and register property documents, and advise on transactions.
• Interface with the Revenue Office of the Sub-Registrar and other government authorities.
• Apply strong knowledge of land laws and municipal legislations.

Eligibility

• 4–7 years PQE.
• Strong knowledge of land laws and municipal legislations.
• Proficiency in English and Odia is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates from national law schools and Tier 1 law colleges.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
