Details of the Job/Internship
Chaahat Homes Infratech is seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Associate to manage their commercial activities in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee commercial lease agreements and property documentation.
- Coordinate diverse commercial real estate activities, including site visits and client presentations.
- Assist in the execution of residential and commercial property transactions.
- Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging investment trends in Gurugram.
- Support ongoing real estate development projects through administrative and field coordination.
- Maintain proactive and effective communication with developers, investors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and review property documents to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
- Negotiate deal terms to ensure maximum value for clients and the organisation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Leases and Commercial Real Estate practices.
- Proficiency in handling real estate transactions and understanding development lifecycles.
- Proven experience in property management or a similar real estate role.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with the Gurugram real estate market is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently on-site in a high-energy environment.
