Details of the Job/Internship
King Stubb & Kasiva is hiring a Real Estate Associate with 2–4 years of experience for their offices in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and vet various deeds and agreements related to real estate transactions.
- Prepare legal opinions, including Title Search Reports and Legal Audit Reports.
- Advise clients on stamping and registration of property-related documents.
- Conduct extensive legal research and draft complex agreements.
- Manage day-to-day matters with strong technical and analytical skills.
- Respond effectively to client queries while maintaining high service standards.
- Identify and communicate technical issues with clients while being mindful of firm risk.
- Collaborate with team members and deliver work within deadlines.
Eligibility
- LLB degree with enrollment to practice law.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a recognized law firm as a Real Estate Associate.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language.
- Strong drafting, communication, research, and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of land laws and real estate regulatory frameworks.
