Details of the Job/Internship

King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys is hiring a Real Estate Associate with experience of 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate transactions and contracts like facility agreements, gift deeds, mortgage deeds etc
• Conducting title search reports and title investigations
• Drafting and reviewing loan-related agreements
• Conducting due diligence
• Advising, assisting and drafting agreements related to infrastructure financing.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM.
• 5+ years of PQE.
• Strong analytical ability, logical and problem-solving approach to complex issues.
• Working knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory for applicants applying in each of these cities.

Salary/Stipend
