Details of the Job/Internship
Lexicon Law Partners is hiring an Associate with experience of 3–6 years PQE to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze land and revenue documents to organize comprehensive property searches.
- Draft detailed title investigation reports and formal title reports.
- Prepare and review deeds and documents including Conveyance, Sale Deeds, and Deeds of Release and Transfer.
- Draft Leave & License agreements, Leases, and other essential closing documents.
- Manage legal requirements for the development and re-development of various immovable properties.
- Apply sound knowledge of laws relating to land, revenue, and tenure-specific schemes.
- Handle testamentary and related legislation in the context of real estate transactions.
Eligibility
- Experience levels: 3–4 years PQE or 5–6 years PQE.
- Must have prior experience working with law firms specifically in Mumbai.
- Deep knowledge of Indian land and revenue laws and tenure-specific regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
