Details of the Job/Internship

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India is hiring an Associate – Real Estate with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience to join their Hyderabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct title due diligence and issue title reports/opinions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate sale deeds, lease deeds, joint development agreements, and construction contracts.
• Advise on regulatory compliance under RERA, municipal laws, land acquisition laws, stamp duty, and registration requirements.
• Assist in structuring and closing large-scale real estate and financing deals.
• Liaise with government offices, sub-registrars, and revenue authorities for approvals and compliance.
• Provide strategic advice on land acquisition, project structuring, and dispute resolution.
• Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex transactions.
• Mentor interns and trainees within the practice group.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (or equivalent law degree) from a leading university.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
• 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in real estate law with a reputed law firm.
• Strong knowledge of land due diligence, title verification, and transaction structuring.
• Familiarity with RERA, municipal regulations, and registration laws.
• Fluency in English, Telugu, and Tamil (written and spoken).
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills.
