Eligibility
- Lawyers currently in practice and having 5+ years of experience in real estate legal work.
- Law Degree from a registered university and enrolment with a State Bar Council;
- An in-depth understanding of all Central and State Enactments governing immovable properties;
- Fluency in reading Tamil legal documents;
- Candidates must be capable of handling work independently and completing work within deadlines.
