Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Real Estate Associate with experience of 3–4 years to join their office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role is within the Real Estate practice and involves working on various real estate transactions and related matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on acquisitions and sale transactions in real estate matters.
• Conduct title diligence.
• Assist in development and redevelopment matters.
• Handle private equity and investment transactions, including diligences and transactional work.
• Work on leasing and licensing matters.
• Assist in real estate transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer.
• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 3–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
