Trust Law Advocates & Solicitors is hiring a Real Estate Associate with experience of 1+ years to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves advising on real estate transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, and handling due diligence and property documentation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions.
• Draft and review real estate agreements and contracts.
• Conduct due diligence and verify property-related documents.

Eligibility

• Law degree with enrolment under the Karnataka State Bar Council.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in real estate matters.
• Proficiency in English and Kannada.
• Strong knowledge of property laws.

Salary/Stipend
