Details of the Job/Internship

Trust Law Advocates & Solicitors is hiring a Real Estate Associate with experience of 1+ years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

Advise clients on various real estate transactions and regulatory requirements.
Draft and review commercial and residential agreements along with other property-related documents.
Conduct thorough due diligence by investigating historical property records and encumbrances.
Verify property records at sub-registrar offices and other relevant government departments.
Prepare detailed Title Search Reports (TSR) and legal opinions on property marketability.
Ensure all documentation aligns with local property laws and Karnataka State Bar Council standards.

Eligibility

Law degree (LLB) from a recognized institution.
Mandatory: Enrollment under the Karnataka State Bar Council.
1+ years of professional experience specifically in the Real Estate sector.
Mandatory: Strong proficiency in both English and Kannada (for reviewing local records and client communication).
Solid understanding of property laws, land revenue acts, and local building bylaws.
