Details of the Job/Internship
Trust Law Advocates & Solicitors is hiring a Real Estate Associate (Non Litigation) with experience 1+ year to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions,including property acquisitions, sales, and leases.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and contracts.
- Conduct due diligence and research on property titles, land use, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Vet and verify property documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Represent clients in real estate disputes and facilitate settlement processes.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive legal support.
- Stay updated with developments in real estate law and regulations.
Eligibility
- 1+ years in Real Estate.
- Education: Law Degree must be enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council.
- Proficiency in English and Kannada (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of property transactions,regulatory compliance, and legal drafting.
Salary/Stipend
