Kashmiri Realtor is hiring for the position of Real Estate Attorney to join their Srinagar office. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for handling legal matters related to property transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and providing legal advice on commercial real estate development.

Eligibility

• Law and Leases skills. 
• Experience in Due Diligence. 
• Background in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
