Details of the Job/Internship

Vis Legis Law Practice, Advocates is hiring Principal and Associate Attorneys for its Mumbai and Pune offices to handle matters in Real Estate, Commercial Transactions, and Litigation

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate redevelopment and commercial agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence for real estate and business projects.
• Manage regulatory approvals under RERA, MCGM/PMC, and state authorities.
• Handle litigation and arbitration matters involving real estate and commercial disputes.
• Advise clients on legal strategy, compliance, and transactional structuring.

Eligibility

• 2–6 years of post-qualification experience depending on the role.
  • Principal Attorney (Real Estate/Commercial): 4–6 years (Mumbai)
  • Commercial Litigation Attorney: 2–4 years (Mumbai)
  • Real Estate Transaction Attorney: 2–4 years (Mumbai)
  • Real Estate Litigation Attorney: 2–4 years (Pune)
  • Commercial Transaction Attorney: 2–4 years (Mumbai)
• Strong background in real estate and commercial law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
