It currently has 9 partners, 1 executive director and a blend of 40 principal associates, senior associates and associates across the 3 cities. AQUILAW has a very robust corporate and commercial, real estate, infrastructure and dispute resolution (including arbitration) practice.

Details of the Job/Internship

AQUILAW is hiring a Real Estate Lawyer with experience of 5 years to join their office in Kolkata.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 5 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in real estate law, witha preference for in-house experience on the compliance side of a real estate Company.
• Expertise: In-depth procedural and substantive knowledge of West Bengal land laws and regulations.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent negotiation, representation, and stake holder management skills.
• Proficient in legal research and documentation.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary/Stipend
