Details of the Job/Internship

This is a full-time on-site role for an In-house Counsel at Aranyakaa Farms. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Counsel will be responsible for interacting with customers and Management, handling clients complaints and suggestions, complete knowledge on Tamil Nadu Land Reforms ( Fixation of Ceiling on land ) Act, 1961, Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Act, 2019 and Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1991,Karnataka Land Reforms Act.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in law, with a focus on real estate law.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Real Estate Lawyer as well as an advocate before the trail Court.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, zoning laws, and land use laws in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of the real estate industry and trends in the market.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a client-focused approach.
• Should be able to Read and Write in Tamil and English ( Mandatory).
