Details of the Job/Internship

Cornerstone Law is hiring a Real Estate Lawyer with 6–9 years PQE to join its growing team in Bengaluru. The role is suitable for an Associate or Senior Associate with hands-on experience in real estate transactions, involving advisory and transactional work on high-value commercial and residential property matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct property due diligence and title reviews.
• Draft and negotiate sale deeds, leases, joint development agreements, and development agreements.
• Advise on RERA, stamp duty, registration, and land laws.
• Handle high-value commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Eligibility

• 6–9 years PQE in real estate or property law.
• Background in a law firm, preferably Tier 1 or Tier 2.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Karnataka real estate matters is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
