Details of the Job/Internship
Hammurabi & Solomon Partners is hiring a Real Estate Lawyer with experience of 3 years to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Carrying out of title Due Diligence with respect to real estate transactions on PAN India basis and drafting of appropriate report.
- implementation of Real Estate transaction strategy,policies, and guidelines, negotiating and finalising sale/conveyance/ATS/MOU and other deeds and documents in order to provide standardised,high-quality real estate transaction services.
- Drafting and vetting of various legal agreements related to real estate transactions.
- Providing Advisory/Opinions and carrying out legal research on applicable Real Estate laws.
- Handled transactions under Land Laws, applicable building bye laws, Stamp Act, Registration Act and other auxiliary laws of different states.
- Handled transactions before revenue departments,sub registrar office, municipal offices and concerned government departments related to conversion from leasehold to freehold, stamp duty, CLU, procurement of title deeds/revenue documents, registration etc.
Eligibility
- Having 3 plus years of experience with law degree from a reputed institute and enrolment with the Bar Council to apply for the position having below mentioned experience.
