Details of the Job/Internship
INDIALAW LLP is hiring an Associate for its Real Estate Practice with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate critical real estate transaction documents, including agreements for sale and conveyance deeds.
- Handle specialized documentation for development and redevelopment agreements as well as commercial lease/license agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive title due diligence and prepare detailed title search and investigation reports.
- Undertake in-depth legal research on property laws, focusing on RERA and allied state-level regulations.
- Assist in the structuring and execution of complex real estate transactions and redevelopment projects.
- Support senior team members on high-value matters and ensure the timely delivery of client services.
- Manage multiple legal assignments simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with mandatory Bar Council enrollment.
- 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) specifically in Real Estate (Non-Litigation).
- Strong skills in legal drafting, due diligence, and analytical research.
- In-depth knowledge of property laws, including RERA and related local regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
