KVN Properties is hiring a Real Estate Lawyer with 5 years of industry experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence on land and property, including title verification, encumbrance checks, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to sale, lease, joint ventures, development, and conveyance of property.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes, property litigation, and RERA matters.
- Advise on land acquisition, zoning, environmental clearances, and construction approvals.
- Liaise with landowners, government departments, legal consultants, and authorities for property registration and compliance.
- Monitor and manage risk exposure related to real estate transactions.
- Maintain and update legal documentation for owned and leased properties.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Bar Council registration.
- 5 years of industry experience.
