Details of the Job/Internship

Sugee Group is looking for a candidate for the position of Real Estate Lawyer to join them at their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Real Estate Lawyer will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, handling property disputes, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with local and state real estate laws.
• The lawyer will also be advising clients on property transactions, negotiating terms, and representing clients in court or before government bodies.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of property law, real estate regulations, and contract law.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Skills in conducting legal research and analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage property disputes and represent clients in court.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Legal practice license and membership in the appropriate bar association.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a real estate lawyer.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
