Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate in the Real Estate practice with 1 to 3 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle acquisitions and sales.
• Conduct title diligences.
• Manage developments and redevelopments.
• Work on private equity and investment transactions, including diligences and transactions.
• Manage leasing and licensing matters.
• Handle real estate transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Real Estate practice.
• Excellent proficiency in Kannada language.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
