Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring for the position of Real Estate Lawyer to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the following areas:

• Property Acquisitions and Sales
• Title Due Diligence and Verification
• Real Estate Developments and Re-developments
• Private Equity & Investment Transactions – including legal due diligence and transaction structuring
• Leasing and Licensing Agreements
• End-to-End Real Estate Transactions

Eligibility

• PQE: 1-3 years
• Must be fluent in Kannada (spoken and written) – essential for local documentation and client interactions.
• Strong understanding of local land laws, registration processes, and compliance procedures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Qualification: Must be a qualified lawyer and enrolled with the Bar Council of India.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
