Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate – Real Estate with 3–5 years of experience to join their Bangalore office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle acquisitions and sale transactions in real estate.
• Conduct title due diligence and property assessments.
• Work on development and redevelopment projects.
• Assist in private equity and investment transactions.
• Draft and review leasing and licensing agreements.
• Support real estate transaction documentation and advisory.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate law.
• Strong experience in title diligence and real estate transactions.
• Good drafting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain high professional standards.

Salary/Stipend
