Role and Responsibilities
Expertise in the Real Estate Practice:
- Acquisitions/Sale
- Title Diligences
- Developments/Re-developments
- PE and Investment Transactions – Diligences / Transactions
- Leasing / Licenses
- Real Estate Transactions
Eligibility
- Qualification - Qualified lawyer and must be enrolled in Bar Council of India.
- Excellent proficiency in Kannada language.
- PQE - 5 to 10 years of experience.
