Trilegal is hiring for the position of Real Estate Lawyer with 5-7 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle real estate acquisitions and sales.
• Conduct title diligence and review property documents.
• Support developments and redevelopment projects.
• Participate in PE and investment transaction diligence and execution.
• Manage leasing and licensing agreements.
• Oversee various real estate transactions and provide legal advice.

Eligibility

• 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in real estate law.
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, leasing, and investment deals.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high professional standards.

Salary/Stipend
