Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate with 2–7 years of experience for its Real Estate practice in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions and sale of real estate assets.
• Conduct title due diligence for real estate transactions.
• Handle development and redevelopment matters.
• Support private equity and investment transactions, including diligence and execution.
• Draft and negotiate leasing and license agreements.
• Assist in structuring and closing real estate transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Relevant experience in real estate law and transactions.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
