Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Real Estate Lawyer to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves handling real estate transactions, acquisitions, leasing, title diligence, developments, and investment transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle acquisitions and sale transactions.
• Conduct title diligence.
• Support developments and re-developments.
• Assist in PE and investment transactions, including diligences.
• Draft, review, and negotiate leasing and license agreements.
• Manage real estate transactions end-to-end.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong expertise in real estate law and transactions.
• Professionalism, integrity, and respect for diversity.

Salary/Stipend
