Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate with 2–4 years of experience in Real Estate law to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle acquisitions and sales of real estate properties.
• Conduct title diligence for transactions.
• Support developments and redevelopments of projects.
• Assist in private equity and investment transactions, including diligence and execution.
• Draft and review leases, licenses, and other real estate agreements.
• Manage real estate-related transactions and liaise with clients.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in Real Estate law.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
