Valiant Business Solutions is hiring a Real Estate Lawyer to join their office in Pune. The role involves managing real estate transactions, contract drafting and review, due diligence, and legal representation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage real estate transactions.
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents.
- Conduct due diligence on property matters.
- Provide legal advice on property-related issues.
- Represent clients in negotiations, disputes, and court proceedings.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Law degree from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice law.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and property-related legal procedures.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ability to conduct thorough due diligence and property-related research.
- Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
