Details of the Job/Internship

VetoAI is hiring a Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join their office in New Delhi. This is a full-time role requiring work primarily from the New Delhi office. The role involves working closely with the product team to develop Agentic-AI solutions for the real estate space, and engaging with clients to understand market requirements and market the product. A strong understanding of real estate law, contract law, and litigation processes is essential.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work with the product team to develop Agentic-AI solutions for the real estate sector.
• Advise on real estate law, property transactions, and contract-related matters.
• Conduct property due diligence and verification of local registrar records.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements, leases, and contracts.
• Perform legal research and prepare legal analyses and written outputs.
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution related to real estate matters.
• Engage with clients to understand market requirements and support product marketing.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.

Eligibility

• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate law, property transactions, and contract law.
• Experience in property due diligence, including understanding local registrar records and verification.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements, leases, and contracts.
• Strong research and legal writing skills, including analysis of legal precedents.
• Experience in litigation and dispute resolution related to real estate matters.
• Knowledge of Indian real estate regulations and legal procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is desirable.
• Bar admission in India is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience.

Salary/Stipend
