Details of the Job/Internship
RDS Digital is hiring a Legal Executive with 4–5 years of experience to join its office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize real estate documents including Agreement of Sale, Sale Deed, MOU, and Conveyance Deeds.
- Ensure compliance with applicable property laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with the CRM team for property documentation requests.
- Provide legal clarifications and respond to customer queries.
- Prepare and deliver legal documents within timelines.
- Maintain records of executed agreements and deeds.
- Assist in property registration processes and ensure compliance.
- Review property documents and support title verification.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (mandatory).
- Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- 4–5 years of experience in real estate legal work.
- Strong knowledge of property laws and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Must be able to read and write Kannada.
- Experience with real estate developers preferred.
- Familiarity with Karnataka property registration procedures is an advantage.
