Details of the Job/Internship

Kayara Legal is hiring a Real Estate Legal Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. This is an onsite role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Reviewing property documents including RTCs and khatas.
• Assisting in title due diligence, property vetting, and drafting JDA/Sale Deeds.
• Working independently, handling diverse clients, and being open to feedback.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (LLB) from a recognized university.
• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Fluency in Kannada (reading and writing) is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
