Details of the Job/Internship

KK Legal is hiring a Real Estate Legal Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join their Gurugram office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct title due diligence for real estate transactions PAN India.
• Draft, review, and negotiate Sale/Conveyance Deeds, ATS, MOUs, etc.
• Provide legal advisory and research on real estate laws.
• Coordinate with government departments for land conversion, stamp duty, CLU, title deeds, and registration.
• Cover legal aspects including land laws, building bye-laws, Stamp Act, and Registration Act.

Eligibility

• Lawyers with 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate law.
• Strong understanding of title due diligence and property documentation.
• Experience with multi-state laws and mutation processes.
• Ability to liaise with government bodies.
