Details of the Job/Internship

Hyperloop Consultancy Group is offering a 4–6 month full-time/part-time internship for motivated Legal Interns.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as MoUs, Development Agreements, Power of Attorney, and Redevelopment Contracts.
• Conduct legal research on RERA, MHADA, UDCR/DCR, and property laws.
• Perform title verification, due diligence, and document scrutiny.
• Support senior associates during client meetings and site visits.
• Maintain organized records of agreements, correspondence, and filings.
• Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, and government authorities as needed.

Eligibility

• Pursuing LL.B. (3-year or 5-year program) from a recognized institution.
• Strong interest in real estate, property, and redevelopment laws.
• Basic understanding of contract drafting and property documentation.
• Excellent communication, research skills, and proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools (Manupatra, SCC).
