Details of the Job/Internship

HouseEazy is hiring for the position of Real Estate- Litigation Expert with 4 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end property documentation, legal verification, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal due diligence, risk assessment, and oversee dispute resolution processes in real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and finalize agreements, contracts, and MOUs across all business transactions.
• Handle all property-related litigation; liaise with external legal counsel and government authorities to ensure favorable resolutions.
• Maintain statutory records, legal registers, and ensure compliance with all real estate regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with legal advisors for smooth execution of property registries at registrar offices.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on property laws, regulatory updates, and registry price trends in Noida and surrounding regions.
• Act as the principal legal advisor to senior management by providing strategic legal guidance.
• Build and nurture strong working relationships with government authorities, particularly at Noida and Ghaziabad registrar offices.

Eligibility

• Education: LLB from a reputed university/law college.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in real estate litigation, legal documentation, and company law.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, property law, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in managing legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Strong connections with Noida and Ghaziabad registrar offices are highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Salary/Stipend
