Trilegal is seeking an experienced Senior Associate/Counsel for its Disputes Practice (Real Estate Litigation) in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters related to real estate and infrastructure.
- Advise on private equity transactions and disputes involving real estate assets.
- Manage commercial disputes and advisory work connected to property, environmental, and development laws.
- Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and submissions.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide insights on state-specific laws including MRTP Act, Slum Act, DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020, MTAL Act, and MLRC Code.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic legal solutions.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LL.B; must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Experience: 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in disputes and real estate litigation.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of real estate laws, dispute resolution, and regulatory frameworks.
- Skills: Excellent research, drafting, communication, and advocacy abilities.
- Values: Integrity, professionalism, teamwork, and respect for diversity.
