Barnes Law Associates is hiring a Real Estate Paralegal with at least 1 year of experience to join their office in Greater London. The role involves working on residential conveyancing matters, including transaction management, reviewing title documentation, and supporting the progression of matters from instruction through to completion in a fast-paced legal environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
- Draft correspondence and legal documents under supervision.
- Conduct property searches and review search results.
- Prepare completion statements and assist with post-completion matters.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Manage deadlines and ensure procedural steps are completed on time.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative discipline.
- Clear interest in property law and conveyancing.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
