Role and Responsibilities
The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, due diligence, title insurance, leases, and commercial real estate activities.
Eligibility
- Legal Document Preparation, Due Diligence, and Title Insurance skills.
- Experience with Leases and Commercial Real Estate.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Paralegal certification or relevant degree.
