Details of the Job/Internship

Hammurabi & Solomon Partners is hiring a Real Estate Senior Associate with experience of 5 to 7 years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Carrying out Title Due Diligence with respect to real estate on PAN India basis and drafting of appropriate report.
• Having proficient knowledge of land laws, applicable building bye laws, stamp act, Registration act and other auxiliary laws of different states.
• Ensuring implementation of Real Estate transaction strategy, policies, and guidelines, negotiating and finalising deeds and documents in order to provide standardized, high quality real estate transaction services.
• Drafting and vetting of various legal agreements related to real estate transactions.
• Providing Advisory, legal opinions and carrying out legal research on applicable Real Estate laws.
• Calculation and determination of applicable stamp duty on various types of conveyance deed as per respective applicable state laws.
• Acts as liaison between Company Attorneys, External Counsel, Organizations and concerned Government departments.

Eligibility

• Post qualification experience 5 to 7 years.
